- Until Nanairo Toiro was made -
I am in my 40s and a mother of two. I founded "Nanairo Toiro" with my mother and am in charge of public relations.
What is the idea behind "Nanairo Toiro" and what is the "ultimate daily wear" that we propose? This will be a bit long, but please bear with us.

My mother's family has run a clothing store for generations, and growing up in that environment, I found myself working at my mother's select shop, "a.noble," where I was nurtured by many customers.
With the motto of "Keeping good things for a long time," the store is filled with stylish, high-quality clothing, mainly made in Japan. Naturally, when I was single, I enjoyed fashion to the fullest, wearing my favorite clothes when going out.

My relationship with clothes has changed since I got married and became a mother . My life has changed completely. I want to cherish the time I spend with my children and cook delicious meals. To be honest, I'm not good at cleaning, but I can't avoid doing it.
In that case, the essential requirements for clothes are that they can be washed at home and are easy to move in.
During my maternity leave, I started wearing mostly inexpensive clothes that I didn't mind getting dirty.

The moment I realized, "Maybe this is what good clothes are like." A few years later, my second daughter turned one and I returned to work. When I tried on clothes from the store for the first time in a while, they felt completely different.
High-quality fabric and careful stitching. It fits perfectly to your body, is surprisingly comfortable, and naturally makes you feel good.
"Nice clothes are nice," a customer told me, and for the first time I understood what he meant.
(That's not to say that cheap clothes are bad. I still use them a lot!)

A thought born out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life <br>When I get home from work, I immediately change into clothes that are easy to move in. I go grocery shopping, pick up my child from kindergarten, have dinner, tidy up, take a bath, and fold laundry (this is the thing I hate the most). Before I know it, the day is over and morning has come again.
In the morning, I change from my pajamas into my regular clothes, prepare breakfast, lunch boxes, and water bottles, do a little cleaning, take the kids to the kindergarten bus, and take out the trash. After I've finished all that, I change into my work clothes, which makes me feel a little better.
As I spent my days like this, my desire to have clothes that would allow me to do housework, go out in the neighborhood, and also make me feel good grew stronger.

The thoughts behind the brand name "Nanairotoiro" <br>Each person has their own personality, like seven colors of light. We hope that this spectrum will help you feel comfortable and uplifted by wearing "Nanairotoiro" clothes, and help you shine even brighter.
With this wish in mind, we named it "Nanairo Toiro."

About the first items : The first items are a tunic cut-and-sew and a dress. The fabric is a slightly thick cotton that can be easily washed like a T-shirt. It has a soft texture and feels comfortable against the skin from the moment you put it on.
The cuffs are ribbed, allowing you to easily roll up your sleeves. The neckline has a big impact on the impression of the garment, so we made countless prototypes to find the perfect fit. The neckline is just the right size so that it can be worn on its own or layered with an inner layer or T-shirt for a balanced look.
The dress has deep pockets on both sides. They are useful both at home and outside for storing your smartphone, keys, and tissues. The pants from the same series are also a must-have item.

About the second item : The second item is the "On Fresh Knit Cardigan." After repeated prototyping and trying on, we were unable to narrow down the length, so we created two types: a long one and a short one.
Both designs subtly cover your figure and make you look slimmer.
